Abstract

|
Cerebellopontine angle (CPA) tumors are the predominant skull base neoplasms that affect the posterior fossa. Vestibular schwannoma and Menigioma account for most primary neoplasms in CPA tumor. Meningiomas represent up to 18% of all intracranial tumors and approximately 3% of CPA tumors. Audiovestibular symptoms usually are the first indication of a posterior fossa menigioma. We report one case of CPA meningioma with low tone hearing loss on right side and recurrent vertigo that signs and symptoms are similar to those of meniere¡¯s disease.
